Good Idea, Bad Idea

It's been awhile since we've had a Good Idea, Bad Idea. So here is the latest lesson we've learned.

Good Idea: Using some lemon pepper to season a delicious pot roast.

Bad Idea: Using more lemon pepper to season your couch.

This past Sunday we had our dinner right after we got home from church. I'd brought over the lemon pepper so we could add a little as needed. Well, promptly after we ate, we turned on a movie and all fell asleep. Sort of. Jilly decided she didn't want to sleep, so she climbed up on the couch, reached over to the end table (which she's not allowed to play with) and proceeded to dump about 1/2 cup of lemon pepper all over the couch. Ugh. At least it vacuumed up easily! But if you come over to my house, sit on my couch and sneeze, blame Jilly. ;-)

Ahh... a food fest! I just finished posting about the flour incident that happened last summer at our house.

By the way... I just wanted to tell you that if your vacuum died (or ever dies) of flour-related complications... or gives you issues puffing flour when you vacuum or whatever... we will buy you a new one!

Thanks again so much for letting me borrow your vacuum last summer... I still worry about your vacuum cleaner... that it's going to be forever clogged with flour!
